A Brief Profile of the key Board members is given below:
Mr. Nalin V. Shah a Chartered Accountant by profession has exposure to the Equity Capital Markets in India for over 30 years. Mr. Shah has held several key positions with his erstwhile employers, M/s. J.M. Financial & Investment Consultancy Services Ltd. (now JM Morgan Stanley Pvt. Limited), one of the foremost investment banks in India. He was also the Promoter Director of J M Share and Stock Brokers Limited for the year 1988 to 1991, a Company promoted by J.M. Group and which was the First Corporate Member of the Bombay Stock Exchange. Presently the Company is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited as “J M Financial Limited”
During his tenure of over 13 years with JM Group, he has executed important capital market transaction for clients such as TISCO, TELCO, Tata Chemicals, Tata Power, Reliance Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Bombay Dyeing, L&T, Ranbaxy, Escorts, Usha Martin, Nagarjuna Fertilizers, Raasi Cement, Southern Petrochemicals, Videocon etc.
Mr. Nalin Shah is also a regular faculty member in the Seminars, Conferences and Courses organized and conducted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bombay Management Association, Reserve Bank Training College, UTI Institute of Capital Markets, Lions Club, Rotary Club. Mr Shah has experience of over three decades in the Financial Markets in India.
Mrs. Anahaita Shah, heads the Institutional Debt team at NVS Brokerage Pvt. Ltd. Ms. Shah until recently was CEO of JM Morgan Stanley Fixed Income Securities Pvt. Ltd. (erstwhile JM Financial). Ms. Shah brings with her considerable depth and knowledge of the fixed income markets apart from knowledge of Structuring and Management of Private Placement of Debt Papers in the wholesale market. Ms. Shah was instrumental in setting up the Trading Desk as well as the Government Securities desk at JM Morgan Stanley. Ms. Shah has experience of over two decades in the Financial Markets in India.
